Natural Remedies To Stop Snoring
There are many natural ways to eliminate snoring through exercise. This is a great way start off before trying drugs or using a device such as the one seen at My Snoring Solution, a very popular device that is sold on TV. More about that later.
A great exercise to try while trying to cure snoring is the "chewing exercise". Here it is in a nutshell:
To do the exercise right make sure your molars on both sides move apart a
little, and then touch lightly again. Also notice that your lips are supposed to
be closed the whole time.
