Hotel Bedroom ExercisesBy: Matt Furey

I was standing in a hotel lobby with my friend, Mark, when a man in his mid 40's came up to and said, "Excuse me, sir. Aren't you Matt Furey?"
"That all depends on who's asking," I replied. "Who are you?
"My name is John and I just want to tell you how much your books and videos have helped me and my family. I do your exercises everyday and so do my kids.
"Is that right," I said. "How old are your children?"
"I have four kids. My youngest is 2 years old and he does the squats with me every night. He's up to 100 in a row."
"That's awesome," I said.
"I just want to thank you for how much you've helped me," John continued. "Before I got your courses I was so stiff and tight. My body hurt all over. I've never been active. I'm not an athlete. But let me tell, as a result of your Combat Conditioning, I look and feel like one now. Your course is awesome. I tell everyone about it."
"Why thank you John. I really appreciate it," I smiled.
"Matt's program has helped me a ton, too," said Mark.
"That's great. Hey, if it's not too much trouble, could I ask you a quick question?" John said.
"Better make it quick," I said. "Got a ride coming in a minute."
"Okay, here it is: I've been at this hotel for three days now. So inside my room I do Combat Conditioning. I do the Hindu squats and pushups, no problem. But what about the bridging? How do I do that in the hotel? I especially need this exercise on the road because hotel beds bother my back. I'm just not used to them."
